How To Order

If you are interested with our services and have no idea on how to make a move, you can simply follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill up our order form here.
  2. Wait for our reply.
  3. Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an invoice.
  4. Pay deposit as agreed to book for your date.
  5. We will begin to design your label and discuss details of the candy buffet.
  6. You need to tell us the location of your event to help to set up the event decoration. (e.g under a canopy, near wall, outdoor, etc)
  7. All the discussions or booking are through e-mail (fatihah_irdina@yahoo.com) or Facebook Messages.
  8. We will set up the candy buffet table 1 hour before your event starts. You can also specified the particular time.
  9. We will assign our crew(s) to set up the event. For Candy Buffet Package A & B and Chocolate Fountain Package (mini, medium & large), we don't provide the service of refilling and monitoring the candy buffet throughout the event. An additional RM 50 will be charged for such services (per day basis). *the service is compulsory for wedding events
  10. Enjoy your candy buffet! We will settle everything for you :)

TERMS AND REGULATIONS

  1. All decorations are subjected to what have been agreed and decided. Any add-ons items will be charged; including the transportation cost (if any). *Additional charge for fresh flower deco
  2. Deposits paid are not refundable.
  3. All damages or lost of the machine, jars accessories, decoration and detailing are upon the client’s responsibilities.
  4. All damages occurred will be charged.
  5. DO NOT WASH THE MACHINE AFTER USED. Just pack it in the plastic or box when returned.
  6. DO NOT PUT WATER IN THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE or MACHINE. This will cause damage to the machine.
  7. Designs and concept are upon the consultant and discussion with the customer.
